If you'd like to return your purchase, please contact me within 5 days of delivery. Items can be refunded if UNUSED and safely returned in their original condition (to prevent denting for resale.) Custom labels or scents are not returnable.
The buyer is responsible for original and return shipping costs (excluding damaged or defective goods.) Due to being made to order, a 10% restocking fee will also apply. Please consider ordering a sample candle pack before committing to fragrances you may not like, I make them often and they help!
I have tested all of my scents as candles & melts. Scents and their strengths are personal and subjective and I ask that you keep that in mind when ordering.
If you are not able to smell the scent before lighting/melting, inserting diffuser reeds: DO NOT use the item and contact me immediately. Used items cannot be returned/refunded.
Because the car fresheners/sachets begin to lose potency immediately, I am unable to issue refunds or exchanges on them unless defective or damaged.
If your item is defective or damaged, I will be more than happy to help. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your order. USPS requires all insured claims to have photo proof of the damage. Please take photos right away and send me a message. I will take care of the claim and give you further details after I contact USPS.
In the event of an order being returned to A to Z Candles:
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If the order has been entered with an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for additional postage required for us to resend it.
The buyer is also responsible for postage to resend the package(s) that have been returned to us for any other reason.
Please contact me as soon as possible if you have shipped to the wrong address. I may be able to catch it and reroute if it is not yet returned.
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of ordering. After 24 hours, a 10% restocking fee will apply.
