Returns + Shipping
Orders will ship in 1-3 business days unless another time frame is noted at the top of this website.
Clearance items are ALL SALES FINAL and not returnable.
If you'd like to return your purchase, please contact me within 5 days of delivery. Items can be refunded if UNUSED and safely returned in their original condition (to prevent denting for resale.) Custom labels or scents are not returnable but are replaceable if damaged upon arrival.
The buyer is responsible for original and return shipping costs (excluding damaged or defective goods.)
Scents and their strengths are personal and subjective and I ask that you keep that in mind when ordering. Used items cannot be returned/refunded.
Products with personalized labels and/or custom scents are not returnable.
If your item is defective or damaged, I will be more than happy to help. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your order. USPS requires all insured claims to have photo proof of the damage. Please take photos right away and send me a message. I will take care of the claim and give you further details after I contact USPS.
If your product is defective, please let me know as soon as possible and provide a photo, if possible.
In the event of an order being returned to A to Z Candles:
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If the order has been entered with an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for additional postage required for us to resend it.
The buyer is also responsible for postage to resend the package(s) that have been returned to us for any other reason.
Please contact me as soon as possible if you have shipped to the wrong address. I may be able to catch it and reroute if it is not yet returned.
Cancellations are accepted within 6 hours of ordering.
Lost or Undelivered:
If your order says delivered and it's not, please contact your local USPS. They will be able to do a GPS track to see where the package(s) were left.
A to Z Candles is not reponsible for lost or stolen packages marked delivered. Purchase Route shipping insurance at checkout.
